Mr. Mangtani, aged 52, has a 17 years association with the construction activity. He
has successfully managed construction and development of about 8 million sq.fts.
for total 28 projects spread over various regions across India under the banner of
Labh, Ahmedabad and Niho, Delhi. The volume of construction handled by Mr.
Mangtani itself explains the strength of Niva in handling large volume of
development with utmost ease. Mr. Mangtani will be responsible for over all growth
of NIVA which shall include organisation matters, conceivement of new projects
and shall provide necessary guidance to the team of NIVA especially in the field of
finance, legal and marketing aspects. |

Mr. Vaghela 51, has a 22 years association with the construction activity. " During his impressive career in the real estate sector, Mr Vaghela has successfully developed 24 projects with total built up area of more than 6 million sq.ft under the banner of labh, Ahmedabad and also has had the honour of heading the Gujarat Builders Association as its president". Mr. Vaghela
who has always been ahead of times and is acknowledged for pioneering the concept of
modern living to the city of Ahmedabad will provide necessary guidance to the team of
NIVA especially in the field of execution. |
