Mr. Ajayan Nair, aged 48 has 26 years of experience in the area of
Project planning and execution. Mr. Nair worked in the southern
India at Kerala and Karnataka and also worked at Muscat for 2 years
in various residential and commercial projects before joining Labh,
Ahmedabad. He has to his credit overseeing execution of 9.69
million sq. ft. of construction development. At Niva, Mr. Nair is
heading the Execution Division, which shall include the
responsibilities of execution, budgeting, project planning,
scheduling, resource management and all activities related to site
and projects. |

Mr. Dipak Parmar, aged 41 is a gold medallist in Civil Engineering
with Post Graduation in Business Management. Mr. Parmar, backed
by 16 years of rich experience, will be responsible for Overall
Corporate Planning, MIS, Systems, Cost Analysis, Project Financing,
Fund Raising and providing support for all
technical aspects to various divisions. Apart from this, he also
shoulders liaison work with all government departments and
regulatory agencies. |
